Kenzo is seeking a Materials Development Assistant Intern for a full-time internship beginning in March 2027. The role supports the materials development team, working with the studio, development, production and quality teams and external suppliers on material records, orders, PLM data, technical files, the fabric library and textile accessories.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Update material sheets for the studio, development and merchandising teams.
  • Purchase and track sample orders.
  • Enter orders into the accounting software.
  • Collect prices and technical sheets.
  • Follow up with suppliers regarding technical sheets, order confirmations and related matters.
  • Enter material details in PLM, including codes, technical information and prices.
  • Extract and process PLM data.
  • Send technical files and check that the information is consistent.
  • Scan materials and ensure they are correctly integrated into PLM.
  • Update the fabric library.
  • Visit suppliers at trade fairs.
  • Contribute to the development of textile accessories.
  • Work primarily with the studio, development, production and quality teams, as well as external suppliers.

Qualifications

  • Currently studying at a business, fashion or textile engineering school.
  • Currently pursuing a Bac +4/5 qualification.
  • Knowledge of Pack Office.
  • Dynamic, rigorous, with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail and organization.
  • English proficiency is an advantage.
