KENZO Marketing & Communications Assistant in Shanghai. Support PR, social media, and retail marketing operations for luxury fashion brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate PR stock records including product delivery, sample tracking, condition assessments, and location documentation
- Organize and coordinate timely delivery of PR samples and gifts with appropriate packaging to media, influencers, and stakeholders across campaign and project-based initiatives
- Support daily operations of official social media accounts on Douyin and WeChat, including content scheduling and coordination with agency partners
- Monitor the global KENZO TikTok account and arrange localized posts for Douyin in alignment with brand guidelines
- Coordinate KOL/KOC product requirements and oversee end-to-end campaign execution, reviewing content quality for brand alignment
- Consolidate asset requests from landlords and media for out-of-home, print, and social media purposes
- Process administrative functions including stock adjustments, authorization applications, and payment coordination
- Produce weekly campaign reports documenting celebrity and KOL exposures, retail marketing metrics, and engagement data
- Conduct bi-weekly competitor research and market analysis to inform strategic positioning
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
- 0-1 year of relevant working experience or internship in marketing, PR, or social media, preferably in luxury, fashion, or retail
- Proficiency in written English for daily communications, reporting, and documentation
- Ability to work proactively and responsibly in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
