Kenzo management accounting internship in Paris; 6-month role in controlling and financial analysis for luxury fashion.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in budget construction (2026 revised forecast and three-year strategic plan) and activity tracking for the European Retail zone, including revenue and margin projections by country and boutique location
  • Support budget negotiation and expenditure management across the retail portfolio
  • Contribute to monthly financial closures in compliance with established accounting standards and participate in project simulations
  • Conduct analysis and review of regional and individual boutique profit-and-loss statements
  • Support consolidated commercial activity analysis across all distribution channels, including wholesale activity monitoring
  • Coordinate capital investment requests (CAPEX) and maintain investment tracking
  • Prepare weekly sales analysis, activity reports, and key performance indicator monitoring (sell-through, productivity, activity ratings)
  • Assist with preparation of presentations and executive reporting for the Chief Financial Officer and Management Control Director

Qualifications

  • University student or business school graduate with specialization in finance
  • Demonstrated understanding of management accounting principles or audit methodology
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ability to manipulate large datasets
  • Fluency in both French and English (required)
  • Attention to detail and methodical approach to financial analysis
