Kenzo internship: Management Accounting Intern in Paris, France. 6-month finance controlling role within LVMH Group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in budget construction for the 2026 Revised 1 and the three-year strategic plan, monitoring Retail Europe zone activity in real-time cycles
- Project revenue and margin forecasts by country and individual boutiques
- Conduct budget negotiations and manage departmental expenditure oversight
- Actively participate in monthly close procedures while maintaining compliance with management rules
- Execute project simulations and perform P&L control and analysis for the region
- Support analysis of the maison's overall commercial activity, including consolidated revenue analysis by distribution channel
- Monitor and assist in managing wholesale activity performance
- Assist in analyzing regional and boutique P&Ls
- Coordinate capital expenditure (CAPEX) investment requests
- Analyze performance and produce LVMH Group reporting outputs, including weekly sales analysis, activity reports, and KPI monitoring (Sell Thru, productivity, activity metrics)
- Support preparation of presentations for the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Management Accounting
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a university degree program or business school with specialization in finance
- Prior experience in controlling or audit
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to daily responsibilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- Collaborative team orientation with cross-departmental engagement capability
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manipulate and analyze large volumetric datasets
- Fluent French and English (essential)

Beginner level with an introductory background in controlling or audit; currently pursuing advanced studies in finance or business administration.
