Role & Responsibilities

  • Support collection activities for licensed categories: attend fittings with partners and the studio, participate in collection validation meetings, and proofread collection books and press materials.
  • Prepare assortment recommendations for retail purchasing and create product referencing templates in PLM Centric.
  • Coordinate photo shoots and lookbooks; produce product descriptions for the e‑shop and manage internal shoots with visual merchandising.
  • Monitor deliveries and store implementations, conduct boutique visits and analyse sales performance to inform merchandising decisions.
  • Implement and maintain showroom commercial tools and oversee showroom operations (books, Le New Black, commercial notes, coordination with visual merchandising and partners).
  • Act as a liaison with licensed partners and internal teams to ensure timely execution of collection and retail projects.

Qualifications

  • Master's level education (Bac+4/5) in business, fashion, merchandising or equivalent.
  • At least one prior experience involving analysis and/or placement within a fashion house (internship or short-term role acceptable).
  • Strong product sensitivity and evident passion for fashion and lifestyle categories.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced use of Excel.
  • Professional working proficiency in French and English.
  • Position open to candidates with recognised disability status (RQTH).
  • Available to start in September 2026; on-site in Paris (Ile-de-France).
