Kenzo Paris Legal Intern, 6-month contract management and GDPR compliance role starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support retail contract negotiations, including boutique leases and department store agreements across France and internationally
- Assist with marketing and communications contracts, including event organization, production services, and partnership agreements
- Prepare distribution contracts, amendments, and exclusive distribution agreements
- Support the Data Protection Officer in contractual obligations, project compliance analysis, and treatment registry maintenance
- Update contract management software and departmental dashboards for real estate, corporate, and distribution functions
- Conduct legal research and case law monitoring
Qualifications
- Formation at Bac+4/5 level with specialization in Business Law
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Comprehensive knowledge of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provisions
- Strong legal English at professional proficiency level
- Demonstrated relational skills and synthesizing abilities
- Interest in the luxury fashion industry
