Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Legal Director and the legal team on a range of commercial matters across retail, marketing, distribution and data protection.
  • Assist in negotiation and review of retail lease agreements and department store contracts in France and internationally.
  • Prepare and follow up on marketing and communications contracts for events, campaigns, production (photographers, videographers), collaborations and partnerships.
  • Draft and prepare import agreements and amendments to exclusive distribution contracts.
  • Assist the Data Protection Officer (DPO) with contractualisation between data controllers/processors, compliance analyses for new projects and maintenance of the processing register.
  • Maintain and update the contract management software and the legal department’s operational dashboards (real estate, corporate, distribution).
  • Conduct legal research, jurisprudential monitoring and prepare memoranda for the team.

Qualifications

  • Current Bac+4/5 (Master’s level) law student with a specialization in Business/Commercial Law.
  • Prior internship experience in a legal environment is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Very good legal English is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism and an ability to synthesise complex information clearly.
  • Genuine interest in the fashion industry and ability to work in a fast-paced, international business.

Beginner — currently enrolled in an advanced law programme (Bac+4/5) with ideally one previous legal internship or comparable legal experience.
