Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the run activity, including monitoring support levels 1 and 2 and coordinating tickets with business teams until resolution.
- Support the implementation of new functionalities on the point-of-sale application.
- Document processes to enrich the knowledge base.
- Propose and implement feasible and appropriate solutions, contributing to improvements and developments.
- Organize the backlog in Jira and consolidate documentation in Confluence.
- Communicate with business users, including stores, retail management, and regional IT teams.
- Conduct tests on the Cegid Y2 tool for projects and incidents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +3)
- Fluency in English
- Autonomous, rigorous, organized, and proactive
- Flexible and adaptable

Experience
Beginner level experience, with a preference for candidates with prior IT support exposure.
