Role & Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily press shopping requests for both French and international media
• Manage celebrity and influencer dressing room requests and logistics
• Handle shipment and returns management, collection inventory, and internal requisition tracking
• Monitor and follow up on collection status and returns
• Maintain the press showroom in optimal condition
• Assist in organizing fashion shows and events, including invitation preparation and guest reception
• During Fashion Week, manage VIP showroom operations, coordinate fitting schedules, and oversee VIP dressing room selections and tracking
• Support product placement campaigns by preparing selection lists, processing orders, packaging gifts, and monitoring results

Qualifications

• Background in fashion, communications, commerce, or equivalent university degree
• Demonstrated strong interest in fashion, cultural trends (music, cinema, art), and Maison KENZO
• Prior internship experience in public relations preferred
• Fluent English language proficiency
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Launchmetrics (Fashion GPS) platform
• Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive relationships
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Adaptability and responsiveness to dynamic workplace demands

Skills

Experience

No prior professional experience required; however, previous internship experience in public relations is preferred.

Education

Undergraduate degree or diploma in fashion, communications, commerce, or related field.
