The Human Resources Assistant Intern supports Kenzo’s European HR team with intern and work-study recruitment, retail hiring, onboarding, school relations and HR projects. This full-time internship is available from January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Recruit interns and work-study students for boutiques and the Head Office.
- Track internship agreements and support onboarding.
- Coordinate school relations, including partnerships, forums and events.
- Coordinate Discovery internships.
- Support recruitment for fixed-term and permanent retail roles across Europe.
- Publish job advertisements on job boards and source candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screening.
- Recruit sales teams for pop-up stores.
- Organize onboarding sessions.
- Provide day-to-day follow-up for interns and work-study students.
- Contribute to the team’s projects and assignments.
Qualifications
- Currently studying Human Resources.
- Rigorous, organized, able to maintain perspective, sensitive to HR issues, and discreet with confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with a range of internal stakeholders.
- Retail experience is appreciated.
- Fluent in French and English, spoken and written.
- Available to start in January 2027.
- Open to people with disabilities (RQTH).
