Role & Responsibilities

  • Recruit interns and work-study students for boutiques and the Head Office.
  • Track internship agreements and support onboarding.
  • Coordinate school relations, including partnerships, forums and events.
  • Coordinate Discovery internships.
  • Support recruitment for fixed-term and permanent Retail roles across Europe.
  • Publish job advertisements on job boards and source candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate screening.
  • Recruit sales teams for pop-up stores.
  • Organize onboarding sessions.
  • Provide day-to-day follow-up for interns and work-study students.
  • Contribute to the team’s projects and assignments.

Qualifications

  • Currently studying Human Resources.
  • Demonstrates rigour, strong organizational skills and the ability to take a step back.
  • Shows genuine interest in HR matters and discretion.
  • Has strong interpersonal skills for working with a range of internal stakeholders.
  • Retail experience is an advantage.
  • Fluent in French and English, spoken and written.
  • The internship is open to people with disabilities (RQTH).
