KENZO HR Internship Assistant in Paris — support recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations across European retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Recruit interns and apprentices for retail locations and Head Office
- Manage internship conventions and onboarding procedures
- Develop and maintain school partnerships; coordinate career forums and recruitment events
- Coordinate discovery internship programs
- Post job announcements on recruitment boards and source candidates for fixed-term and permanent retail roles across Europe
- Screen and qualify candidates for retail positions
- Recruit sales teams for temporary pop-up locations
- Organize and facilitate employee onboarding sessions
- Monitor and support the intern and apprentice population on a daily basis
- Participate in HR team projects and special assignments
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Human Resources undergraduate or graduate program
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and attention to detail
- Professional discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Retail experience preferred

Entry-level; student actively enrolled in HR-focused coursework with retail background preferred.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Human Resources degree program or equivalent HR training.
