Role & Responsibilities

• Recruit interns and apprentices for headquarters, including managing applications and coordinating interview processes
• Monitor internship conventions and administrative files, ensuring compliance and timely completion
• Welcome and coordinate discovery internship programmes for prospective candidates
• Coordinate and participate in school recruitment events
• Support permanent and fixed-term employment (CDI/CDD) recruitment initiatives
• Organize and facilitate employee onboarding and induction sessions
• Track and monitor the interns and apprentices population on a daily basis
• Maintain and update records of professional development interviews
• Support internal communications, including monthly newsletters and organizational charts
• Arrange training sessions and coordinate logistics for programme delivery
• Source and liaise with external training providers
• Contribute to departmental projects and special initiatives as assigned

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an HR programme or equivalent study
• Strong organizational and attention to detail
• Ability to structure information clearly and communicate analysis effectively
• Genuine interest in HR practices and confidentiality protocols
• Excellent interpersonal skills for working with diverse internal stakeholders
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Open to candidates with recognized disabilities (RQTH)

Experience

Entry-level: no prior professional experience required; current HR student or equivalent training programme participant.

Education

Currently enrolled in HR studies or equivalent qualification programme (e.g. BTS, Licence, Master in HR or related field).
