Kenzo seeks Head of Industrialization and Quality in Paris to lead production compliance and quality operations across manufacturing partners.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage quality assurance team and monitor performance indicators
- Coordinate standardization schedules with all production stakeholders
- Collaborate with Collection services, Atelier, and External Bureaus to develop technical production specifications ensuring industrial feasibility and design integrity
- Monitor workload planning across design bureaus and ensure adherence to seasonal production timelines
- Oversee TDS/PPS launch tracking with planning teams to meet factory production approval deadlines
- Monitor production quality (in-line and at reception) and propose improvements for factory processes and post-production corrections
- Coordinate with third-party quality service providers on non-conformities (QIMA, INTERTEK, BERREY SERVICES, QUALITE ENTREPOT)
- Manage audit invoicing and budget oversight
Qualifications
- Significant management experience in industrial production and quality assurance
- Demonstrated expertise in denim, knitwear, jersey, and woven fabrics for menswear and womenswear
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Excel and PLM systems (Centric experience preferred)
- Recognized for technical expertise, attention to detail, and results-oriented approach
- Ability to manage urgent situations and propose proactive solutions
