Kenzo — Paris: Global Retail Training Assistant (alternance). Support global retail learning, digital content and collection training for international teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Global Training Director in the design and deployment of training tools and programmes for Retail & Wholesale teams across all product categories.
- Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Marketing and Clienteling teams to produce training materials and seasonal collection trainings for international training teams.
- Contribute to the rollout and adoption of a mobile learning application: create, publish and coordinate digital learning content, and manage translations.
- Animate and support the global ambassador training community (newsletters, engagement tools, sharing of best practices).
- Draft digital articles and category content that communicate product knowledge, customer experience standards and brand DNA.
- Provide logistical support for training sessions and collection launch showrooms (preparation of materials and products, venue and catering bookings, room set-up, supplies).
Qualifications
- Enrolment in a business school or equivalent university programme.
- Excellent verbal communication and strong written English drafting skills.
- Fluent in French and English.
- High level of organisation, attention to detail and intellectual curiosity with an ability to synthesise information.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
- Interest in fashion and luxury retail; prior experience in marketing or training is a plus.

Entry-level (alternance). First professional experience in a marketing, retail or training function is advantageous but not required.

Candidate must be enrolled in a business school or hold an equivalent university degree.
