Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of retail premises and technical equipment across European sites and report on condition and corrective needs.
- Plan, schedule and follow up preventive and corrective maintenance activities; organise interventions by internal teams and external service providers.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service partners across Europe, including soliciting, comparing and recommending quotations.
- Administer purchase orders, track invoices and liaise with accounting to ensure timely payment and budget reconciliation at store level.
- Ensure compliance with building safety standards (fire, lighting, structural) and coordinate safety audits and remedial actions.
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and records of interventions; operate the ticketing system to monitor store-reported issues.
- Support operational improvement projects and cross-functional deployments (IT rollouts, visual merchandising fit-outs, etc.).
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent university programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s level) — work‑study (alternance) status required.
