Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial performance of the point of sale by achieving sales and profitability targets and implementing corrective action plans as required.
  • Analyse business indicators and translate findings into operational plans (visual merchandising, product assortment, in-store promotions).
  • Produce and communicate regular reporting and qualitative feedback to the team and to head‑office support functions.
  • Attract, engage and retain clients through exemplary welcoming and a fully personalised client journey.
  • Identify, recruit and develop talent; build individual development plans and promote internal mobility.
  • Motivate, coach and challenge the team through briefings, one-to-one meetings, feedback and on-the-job coaching to meet the Maison’s qualitative and quantitative ambitions.
  • Ensure team autonomy to maintain business continuity in all circumstances.
  • Champion the Maison’s heritage and storytelling; maintain product and seasonal knowledge and adapt communication to each client profile in French and English.
  • Maintain store standards in line with the brand image (visual merchandising, cleanliness, maintenance) and cultivate relationships with personal shoppers, stylists and conciergeries.
  • Ensure full compliance with Store Handbook procedures and local regulations and propose procedural improvements to increase efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar retail management role within fashion or luxury retail.
  • Proven track record in clienteling and driving commercial results in a high‑traffic, premium environment.
  • Strong analytical capability to interpret sales data and identify commercial opportunities.
  • Demonstrated people management skills: recruitment, development, coaching and performance management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and professional working proficiency in English.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Full professional availability for on-site retail operations; position is open to candidates with recognized disability status (RQTH).

Experience
