Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue and profit objectives for the department while conducting pertinent commercial analysis to implement strategic action plans (visual merchandising, product initiatives, commercial operations)
  • Communicate qualitative reporting and feedback to the team and support functions at headquarters
  • Attract, engage, and retain clientele by ensuring impeccable customer welcome and comprehensive service throughout the client journey
  • Identify, attract, engage, evaluate, and develop team talent; create personalized development plans and foster career progression
  • Motivate and challenge the team through morning briefings, individual check-ins, feedback, and coaching aligned with both qualitative and quantitative objectives

  • Cultivate and maintain privileged relationships with personal shoppers, personal stylists, concierge services, and similar partners in the environment
  • Master and comply with all procedures outlined in the Store Handbook and local regulations
  • Propose procedural improvements to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the retail sector
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and ability to navigate constantly evolving retail environments
  • Proven ability to analyze sales metrics and identify commercial trends and opportunities
  • Substantiated experience in clienteling practices
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational capabilities
