Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate collection and consolidation of financial data across the international perimeter (17 entities) for internal and Group reporting cycles.
- Produce and analyze consolidated financial statements (profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flow) in real and budgetary phases; prepare margin and cash-flow analysis.
- Manage consolidation entries and month‑end close procedures; ensure quality, timeliness and traceability of reporting.
- Act as Kenzo’s primary liaison with the Group Consolidation team on consolidated reporting queries and requirements.
- Drive the implementation, formalization and communication of internal procedures across head office functions and retail operations.
- Coordinate the annual Group-required self-assessment of internal control and Ethics & Compliance: risk mapping, key-control testing, and preparation of representation letters.
- Perform periodic internal audits in boutiques and follow up on remediation plans; oversee any Group audits and track action plans with operational teams.
- Animate and support the network of subsidiaries, ensuring consistent application of instructions and continuous improvement of processes.
Qualifications
- University degree or business school diploma with a specialization in finance.
- Minimum eight years of professional experience in external audit and/or consolidation within a multinational environment.
- Proven knowledge of consolidation processes, multi-entity reporting and internal control frameworks.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken, to operate effectively across international teams.
- Strong analytical rigor, attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; proven ability to coordinate and influence operational teams and regional controllers.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel modelling and reporting).

Minimum eight years of relevant professional experience, including external audit and/or consolidation within a multinational or multi-entity group. Demonstrated track record of closing cycles, preparing consolidated accounts and managing internal control or audit processes.
Education
