Kenzo in Paris seeks a Collection Merchandising Assistant (Accessories) — Internship. 6‑month role starting Sept 2026 supporting handbags, footwear and accessories.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support preparation of product briefs and monitor collection plans with internal partners (studio, development, production).
  • Contribute to assortment structuring and pricing policy in line with strategic targets (margin, revenue).
  • Perform competitive benchmarking and market surveillance for accessories categories.
  • Codify collections and maintain accurate product metadata.
  • Analyse retail and wholesale sales performance to inform assortment and replenishment decisions.
  • Implement and maintain commercial tools and support showroom activities (New Black, briefs, commercial notes).
  • Coordinate and follow up on sample photo shoots and related logistics.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master’s level) programme — business school or Institut Français de la Mode (IFM) preferred, ideally with a marketing specialization.
  • Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good knowledge of the fashion accessories market and strong product sensitivity.
  • Analytical mindset; rigorous, organised and adaptable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Previous internship experience including sales analysis within a fashion house is a strong advantage.
  • Position open to candidates with recognised disability status (RQTH).

Experience
