Role & Responsibilities
- Support preparation of product briefs and monitor collection plans with internal partners (studio, development, production).
- Contribute to assortment structuring and pricing policy in line with strategic targets (margin, revenue).
- Perform competitive benchmarking and market surveillance for accessories categories.
- Codify collections and maintain accurate product metadata.
- Analyse retail and wholesale sales performance to inform assortment and replenishment decisions.
- Implement and maintain commercial tools and support showroom activities (New Black, briefs, commercial notes).
- Coordinate and follow up on sample photo shoots and related logistics.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master’s level) programme — business school or Institut Français de la Mode (IFM) preferred, ideally with a marketing specialization.
- Excellent command of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good knowledge of the fashion accessories market and strong product sensitivity.
- Analytical mindset; rigorous, organised and adaptable.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
- Previous internship experience including sales analysis within a fashion house is a strong advantage.
- Position open to candidates with recognised disability status (RQTH).
