KENZO Clienteling Assistant internship in Paris, France — 6-month role supporting client engagement across EMEA retail boutiques.
Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in client performance analysis using monitoring tools including Tableau and Salesforce
- Support the preparation of weekly and monthly clienteling reports
- Assist with tracking arrivals and departures of retail teams to manage clienteling accounts and client portfolio reassignments
- Provide operational support during coordination of departments for client events and activations
- Participate in on-floor and off-floor client events in boutiques
- Contribute to client action plans during key sales periods throughout the year
- Support Paris boutique visits to review clienteling application activities and performance against objectives
- Assist with the deployment and troubleshooting of the clienteling application, including bug reporting and user support
- Monitor inventory management for beverages and catering services
Qualifications
- Secondary or tertiary education in commerce or business administration
- Strong interest in fashion and the KENZO brand
- Good to fluent English proficiency
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential client information
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Polyvalent mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities

Beginner level; no prior professional experience required. Background in commercial studies or business administration preferred.
Education
School of commerce or university degree in business, commerce, or related field.
