Role & Responsibilities
- Participate in client performance analysis across Tableau and Salesforce platforms to evaluate clienteling effectiveness
- Support the development of weekly and monthly clienteling reports for management review
- Assist in tracking retail team arrivals and departures across the EMEA region to manage client account transitions and portfolio reassignments
- Provide operational support in coordinating departments during client event organization and execution
- Participate in on-floor and off-floor client events in boutiques to enhance customer engagement
- Support execution of key seasonal client action plans throughout the year
- Conduct boutique visits in Paris to review clienteling activities, assess performance against targets, and share best practices
- Facilitate training on clienteling application features and troubleshoot reported technical issues
- Monitor and manage beverage and catering stock levels for VIP client entertaining
Qualifications
- Degree in commerce or university-level education
- Strong interest in fashion and the Kenzo brand
- Fluent English proficiency
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive client information
