Join Kenzo in Paris as a Client Experience & Data Assistant. This full-time apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to work within the LVMH group, focusing on client engagement and data analysis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct client data analysis and interpret customer behavior in collaboration with the Data & Insights team using Tableau.
- Prepare summary documents and presentations, including brand reviews, ad-hoc analyses, and monthly client performance reports.
- Support client teams in designing and implementing client activation strategies.
- Analyze targeting strategies for both One-to-One and One-to-Many client interactions.
- Monitor the backlog of clienteling app developments and fixes.
- Test and validate new features to ensure they meet user requirements and expectations.
- Identify continuous improvements for the clienteling product in collaboration with the team.
- Participate in social listening projects, qualitative studies, and client persona development.
- Support the digital customer service team in case resolution, benchmarking, and best practice monitoring.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau, SQL, and Python is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Strong interest in customer relationship innovation.
