Kenzo seeks Client Development Supervisor in Shanghai to lead CRM strategy, client engagement, and data intelligence across the China market.
Role & Responsibilities
- Co-lead the development of regional CRM strategy with management and cross-functional teams, owning client acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation targets
- Translate global CRM guidelines into localized action plans adapted to market-specific behaviors and commercial opportunities
- Conduct data analysis using CRM dashboards and reporting tools, translating complex metrics into strategic recommendations that drive business performance
- Develop and drive key CRM KPIs including recruitment, conversion, retention rate, repeat purchase, and client lifetime value through coordinated tactical initiatives such as in-store events and client reward programs
- Own the quality and accuracy of the regional client database, collaborating with retail managers and store teams to ensure robust data capture, enrichment, and segmentation
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to maintain and enhance CRM tools, troubleshoot system usage issues, and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Ensure full compliance with local data privacy regulations and brand/client data governance standards
- Leverage client behavior analysis to identify key client segments and drive clienteling tools and practices that enable personalized, data-informed interactions
- Partner with retail and training teams to develop training resources that equip Sales Advisors with skills to proactively manage client portfolios and identify key client moments
- Work alongside the Marketing team to design and execute client-centric activations including in-store events, VIP appointments, and gifting programs
- Manage CRM budget strategically with measurable ROI to improve yearly client retention, reactivation rates, and revenue share
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in CRM roles within luxury fashion or premium retail environments with retail orientation
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM systems, clienteling apps, and reporting dashboards such as Salesforce, Power BI, WeCom, or Tableau
- Advanced Excel proficiency including V-lookup and Pivot table functions
- Demonstrated experience in budget planning and management
- Excellent planning and presentation skills
- Fluent English language proficiency
