  • Maintain the quality and accuracy of the regional client database, working with retail managers and store teams on data capture, enrichment, and segmentation.
  • Work with IT and external vendors to maintain and enhance CRM tools, troubleshoot system-usage issues, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with local data privacy regulations and brand and client data-governance standards.
  • Analyze client behavior to identify key segments, including high-potential clients, sleeping clients, and opportunity clusters; drive clienteling tools and practices to enable personalized, data-informed, commercially effective interactions across touchpoints.
  • Partner with retail and training teams to develop and deliver resources that help sales associates manage client portfolios, track development objectives, identify key client moments and product preferences, and trigger tailored experiences, appointments, and outreach.
  • Work with Marketing to design and deliver client-focused activations, including in-store events, VIC appointments, and gifting, to drive traffic, recruitment, and sales.
  • Manage the CRM budget to deliver measurable ROI and improve annual client retention, reactivation rates, and revenue share.
