Reporting to the Global Wholesale Commercial department, this internship supports the coordination of Kenzo's Autumn-Winter 2025 wholesale showroom across women's ready-to-wear, menswear, and accessories. The incumbent assists in planning, executing, and closing the showroom while gaining comprehensive exposure to fashion house operations across all departments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Attend showroom organization meetings with internal departments and prepare meeting reports
- Source external vendors and recruit temporary staffing teams
- Develop and oversee client appointment scheduling across Excel platforms
- Coordinate appointment confirmations with area managers
- Prepare sales support tools and documentation
- Oversee operational setup and supervision of wholesale showrooms
- Manage showroom appointment calendars and client flow
- Welcome global clients and supervise hostess team coordination
- Liaise with external service providers and vendors
- Maintain sales support materials and conduct showroom collection inventory
- Assist with runway show seating arrangements for the commercial department
- Execute ad-hoc tasks and support broader wholesale commercial initiatives
Qualifications
- Pursuit of or completion of a commerce or fashion school degree
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated rigour, dynamism, and responsiveness
- Strong collaborative and team-oriented mindset
- Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Prior internship or relevant professional experience (minimum 6 months) preferred
