Kenzo Paris seeks Assistant Store Manager for Galeries Lafayette Homme, Paris. Lead sales, teams, and brand excellence in luxury fashion retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive commercial activity and revenue growth, meeting store profit objectives and implementing action plans around visual merchandising, product strategy, and commercial operations
- Conduct commercial activity analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and communicate qualitative reporting and feedback to team members and headquarters support functions
- Attract, engage, and retain clients through exemplary welcoming protocols and comprehensive service throughout their in-store experience
- Identify, recruit, engage, and develop talent; create personalized development plans for all team members and foster motivation through regular briefings, individual coaching, and feedback
- Evaluate and promote high-potential talent while ensuring team autonomy and operational continuity under all circumstances
- Embody the Maison's heritage, storytelling, and current positioning; demonstrate adaptability and entrepreneurial mindset while driving organizational knowledge and internal networking
- Promote Kenzo Paris culture internally and externally; ensure all store standards—visual merchandising, cleanliness, maintenance—align with brand image
- Master product knowledge across collections, seasons, and composition; adapt communication style to each client profile in local language and English
- Cultivate privileged relationships with personal shoppers, stylists, concierge services, and other ecosystem partners
- Master and enforce all procedures in compliance with the Store Handbook and local regulations; propose procedural improvements for enhanced efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar retail management position
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and ability to navigate evolving retail environments
- Proven capability in analyzing sales indicators and identifying commercial trends and opportunities
- Established experience in client relationship management and personalized service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent organizational abilities
- Fluency in French and English
- Openness to candidates with disabilities (RQTH)
