Kenzo Paris seeks an Assistant Store Manager (Flagship) in Paris — responsible for sales, team leadership and clienteling at the flagship store.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial performance of the Paris flagship by achieving sales, margin and profitability targets and translating brand objectives into store-level execution.
  • Analyse sales indicators and customer data to identify trends and opportunities; implement action plans across visual merchandising, product assortments and commercial operations.
  • Deliver regular quantitative reporting and qualitative feedback to the store team and corporate support functions to inform strategy and operational decisions.
  • Acquire, engage and retain clientele through exemplary service and end-to-end in-store accompaniment, ensuring a consistently welcoming customer journey.
  • Lead talent management: recruit, evaluate, develop and retain team members, creating personalised development plans and clear progression pathways.
  • Motivate and challenge the team through structured briefings, one-to-one coaching, feedback cycles and performance dialogues to uphold qualitative and quantitative ambitions.
  • Safeguard store standards in line with the Maison’s image (visual merchandising, cleanliness, maintenance) and act as a brand ambassador internally and externally.
  • Build and maintain privileged relationships with personal shoppers, stylists and concierge services to expand referral channels.
  • Ensure full compliance with the Store Handbook and local regulations; propose procedural improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in a similar retail management role, ideally within luxury fashion or premium retail.
  • Demonstrated expertise in clienteling and high-touch customer relationship management.
  • Proven ability to analyse sales metrics, identify commercial opportunities and implement measurable action plans.
  • Strong leadership experience with a track record of recruiting, developing and retaining retail talent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and professional proficiency in English.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high adaptability and solution-oriented approach in dynamic retail environments.
  • Excellent organisational skills and capacity to manage competing priorities.
