Kenzo Paris is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Paris — full-time flagship role leading sales, clienteling and team development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profitability targets for the Paris flagship.
- Analyse commercial performance and translate insights into action plans (visual merchandising, product allocation, promotional operations).
- Deliver regular reporting and qualitative feedback to the team and to headquarters support functions.
- Attract, engage and retain clients by ensuring an exemplary welcome and full accompaniment throughout the customer journey.
- Recruit, evaluate and develop talent; design and implement individual development plans for team members.
- Motivate and challenge the team through daily briefings, one-to-ones, coaching and structured feedback to reach qualitative and quantitative objectives.
- Ensure team autonomy to maintain business continuity under all circumstances.
- Champion the Maison’s heritage, storytelling and current positioning with deep product knowledge and competitive awareness.
- Build and maintain privileged relationships with personal shoppers, stylists and conciergeries to grow client acquisition channels.
- Uphold store standards (visual merchandising, cleanliness, maintenance) to reflect the Maison’s image.
- Ensure full compliance with the Store Handbook and local regulations and propose process improvements to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar retail role within luxury fashion or premium retail, with proven clienteling experience.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and to analyse sales indicators to identify trends and opportunities.
- Proven leadership with experience coaching and developing retail teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong organisational capability.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, solution-oriented and adaptable in a fast-changing environment.
- Fluent in French and able to communicate confidently in English.
- Openness to diversity and inclusion; position is open to candidates with recognised disability status (RQTH).

Minimum 3 years working in retail within the luxury or premium fashion sector, including demonstrable results in clienteling, sales attainment and team leadership.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in business, retail management or fashion is preferred.
