Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and profitability of the Paris flagship; meet or exceed revenue and margin targets.
- Analyse commercial activity and sales indicators to define and implement corrective action plans (merchandising, visual merchandising, product assortment, promotional initiatives).
- Provide clear, actionable reporting and qualitative feedback to the Store Manager and corporate support functions.
- Deliver an exemplary client experience: welcome, advise and accompany clients throughout their store visit; develop and maintain strong clienteling practices.
- Recruit, develop and retain talent: conduct regular individual follow-ups, performance reviews and create personalised development plans.
- Motivate and coach the team through briefings, ongoing feedback and targeted coaching to ensure operational autonomy and continuity.
- Represent the Maison: master brand heritage and product storytelling, adapt communication to client profiles in French and English, and cultivate relationships with personal shoppers, stylists and conciergeries.
- Uphold brand standards for the store environment (visual merchandising, housekeeping, maintenance) and ensure compliance with the Store Handbook and local regulations.
- Identify opportunities to optimise store processes and propose pragmatic improvements to increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years' experience in a similar retail management position within luxury or premium fashion.
- Proven track record in clienteling and driving commercial results.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in fast-evolving environments and manage complex situations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to adapt communication to diverse client profiles.
- Demonstrated coaching and people-development capability, with experience creating individual development plans.
- Legal entitlement to work in France; position accessible to candidates with disabilities (RQTH).

Minimum 3 years in a comparable retail or boutique management role in the luxury or premium fashion sector, with demonstrable results in sales, clienteling and team development.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, fashion or a related field preferred.
