Role & Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections of store buildings and equipment and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities across European sites.
• Manage maintenance schedules, organise contractor interventions and liaise directly with service providers operating in the European zone.
• Request, compare and follow up supplier quotations; process purchase orders and track invoices in coordination with accounting.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and records of interventions; monitor store-level budgets related to facilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards (fire safety, lighting, infrastructure) and coordinate security audits and corrective actions.
• Operate and manage ticketing tools for store incident reporting and follow-through.
• Support cross-functional rollouts and store projects (IT deployments, visual merchandising implementations, store improvement works).

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent university programme (alternance/apprenticeship required).
• Organised and methodical with strong administrative rigour and budgetary follow-up skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment and to work autonomously.
• Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Problem‑solving aptitude and capacity to manage operational escalations promptly.
• Good command of English for regular exchanges with international contacts.
• Proficiency in office software and store management tools; familiarity with ticketing systems is an asset.
• This position is open to candidates with recognised disabilities (RQTH).

Skills

Experience

Entry-level; current students or recent trainees. A first internship or experience in building management, facilities or maintenance is advantageous but not mandatory.

Education

Enrolled in a business school or equivalent university programme (apprenticeship/alternance).
