Kenzo apprenticeship: Retail Supply Coordinator in Paris, supporting European inventory management and store operations starting September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain daily communications with European store managers regarding stock management and operational priorities
- Collaborate directly with the buying team to monitor product offerings and store assortments across the European retail network
- Conduct weekly analysis of sales performance and inventory coverage metrics for physical stores and digital channels
- Calculate and update replenishment parameters for integration into automated order-to-stock systems
- Forecast and calculate inventory requirements ahead of commercial campaigns and product launches
- Update and maintain weekly sales and delivery reporting tools
- Execute daily product releases aligned with scheduled product drops and marketing campaigns
- Process store orders through internal systems (Y2 and JDE)
- Analyze transfer requirements and coordinate inventory transfers between locations
- Provide operational support to the outlet manager
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+4) from an engineering or business school, or equivalent university qualification
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Strong analytical mindset with demonstrated attention to detail
- Organized approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in French and English

Experience
Entry-level or beginner candidates with foundational understanding of retail operations and supply chain concepts are welcome; first significant experience in a related domain is valued.
Education
Bac+4 or equivalent degree from an engineering or business school; completion of or enrollment in such a program is required.
