Lip Lab Store Manager, Nashville TN. Lead retail operations, team, and drive sales for a creative beauty brand. Full-time, $68K–$75K annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations and maximize sales performance in collaboration with the District Manager
- Deliver exceptional and personalized guest experiences, including event hosting, reservations management, and timely communication
- Serve as a Color Expert, providing creative guidance and product expertise to guests
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, embedding Lip Lab values and fostering professional growth through coaching and constructive feedback
- Create and maintain a positive, energetic, and inclusive work environment through consistent feedback and reinforcement
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing and hygiene standards across all store operations
- Develop and optimize weekly staff schedules within payroll budget parameters and sales targets
- Manage inventory and supply ordering while controlling expenses
- Communicate business opportunities and sales trends effectively to store staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven leadership and team-building experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Docs, and payroll systems
- Strong background in retail operations and sales performance management
- Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills with the ability to provide constructive coaching
- Physical capability to stand and walk for 6–8 hours per shift, occasionally lift and carry objects weighing 10–50 pounds, and perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching overhead and below shoulder level
