Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional and entertaining guest experiences through reservation confirmation, welcomes, event hosting, and timely communication
- Collaborate with the District Manager to maximize store sales potential and capitalize on business opportunities
- Communicate sales trends and opportunities to store staff to drive performance
- Step in as a Color Expert, providing guests with personalized guidance and creative consultation
- Foster a positive, energetic team environment through constructive feedback, coaching, and reinforcement of Lip Lab values and standards
- Recruit, train, and motivate new hires to adopt Lip Lab practices and values
- Deliver consistent on-the-spot coaching and feedback to encourage team member growth and development
- Ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices and standards
- Maintain rigorous hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Create weekly staff schedules that balance payroll budgets and sales targets
- Order inventory and supplies while optimizing expenses and minimizing waste
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated leadership and team-building experience
- Proven track record of recruiting, building, and managing high-performing teams
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Docs, and payroll systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest service in a high-volume environment
- Ability to stand and walk for 6–8 hours per shift
- Capacity to occasionally lift and carry objects weighing 10–50 pounds
- Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, and reach both overhead and below shoulder level
