Role & Responsibilities
- Direct day-to-day store operations to ensure a seamless, entertaining guest experience from reservation to departure.
- Drive sales performance by executing business plans, identifying growth opportunities, and communicating trends and opportunities to the team and District Manager.
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate store staff to adopt Lip Lab standards, culture, and service rituals.
- Serve as a Color Expert when required, advising guests on shade creation and product customization.
- Manage scheduling to align labor with payroll budgets and sales targets.
- Oversee inventory, order stock and supplies, and optimize in-store expenses.
- Maintain manufacturing, hygiene, and safety standards for in-store product preparation.
- Host and support events and ensure timely guest communications and reservation management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of leadership or store-management experience in retail, preferably in beauty or high-volume boutique environments.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain high-performing teams and to deliver consistent coaching and feedback.
- Demonstrated sales acumen with experience meeting targets and translating trends into actionable plans.
- Open availability including weekends and holidays; ability to travel for company events and training as required.
- Ability to stand and walk for 6–8 hours per shift, occasionally lift 10–50 pounds, and perform routine physical tasks (bending, kneeling, reaching).

Experience
Minimum of 3 years' experience in leadership or store management within a retail environment, ideally in beauty or experiential retail; track record of recruiting, coaching, achieving sales targets, and managing high-volume operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
