Role & Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve North America social strategy across TikTok, Pinterest, and X, ensuring the brand leads cultural conversation and drives deep community engagement
  • Manage the NA social content calendar across all platforms, balancing planned campaigns, trend-led moments, and always-on storytelling
  • Manage and mentor a team across Campaigns, Content, and Community functions
  • Partner with North America Marketing, Ecommerce, and Sales teams to align local storytelling with global direction
  • Lead social integration for TikTok Shop by developing organic support strategies that drive discovery, traffic, and conversion
  • Partner with Social Commerce, Education, and Ecommerce teams to plan and promote TikTok Shop Lives with on-brand, engaging, performance-optimized content
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on shoppable content, from launch storytelling to evergreen formats; test and learn with new content types
  • Manage North America social budget and share publishing responsibilities across Fenty Beauty, Skin, and Hair TikTok and Pinterest channels
  • Work with the global social team to establish KPIs across engagement, growth, and conversion for organic and TikTok Shop initiatives
  • Stay ahead of emerging platform features and test new formats to keep the brand at the forefront of social innovation
  • Track performance data to identify creative patterns and share learnings with Global and North America teams

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in social marketing with at least 4 years with beauty brands
  • Proven leadership experience coaching, inspiring, and leading teams
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms including TikTok, YouTube, X, Threads, Pinterest, and Instagram
  • Proven track record of ideating and delivering social campaigns that drive impactful results
  • Strong creative eye for disruptive content that translates to beauty
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
  • Familiarity with social media management tools such as Simply Measured, Later, Dash Hudson, Curalate, Social Flow, Tweetdeck, and Hootsuite
  • Experience with community management and social engagement
  • Exceptional writing skills with strong attention to detail, grammar, brand tone, and voice
