Kendo Holdings seeks Senior Manager, Anaplan Product Owner in San Francisco. Lead planning systems strategy, data integration, and user adoption for this hybrid role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the end-to-end Product Owner of Anaplan across Demand Planning, Merchandise Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, Materials Management, and Sampling
- Own the strategic evolution of Anaplan capabilities to support planning processes across functions
- Act as the primary liaison with internal and external Anaplan teams for enhancements, issue resolution, releases, and deployments
- Ensure Anaplan solutions are aligned with business priorities, process requirements, and long-term planning objectives
- Support additional departments in their transition to Anaplan, including processes related to logistics accruals, allocations, and budgeting
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements and translate business needs into scalable Anaplan models, processes, and system enhancements
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and improved planning effectiveness
- Conceptualize, prototype, validate, and implement process improvements that enhance usability, efficiency, and decision-making
- Design, implement, enhance, and maintain Anaplan models and related processes
- Lead continued improvement of existing forecasting, planning, and reporting functionality within Anaplan
- Develop new models and capabilities that improve planning, scenario modeling, and business insight generation
- Provide expert guidance and day-to-day support to Anaplan users across functions
- Serve as the in-house subject matter expert for Anaplan and related planning tools
- Provide support in resolving system, application, and process issues
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability within Anaplan
- Own and oversee data migration and integration into Anaplan from systems such as GCP, AX, and other upstream/downstream platforms
- Support data validation processes related to Anaplan inputs and outputs
- Partner with Data Analysts and business teams to streamline reporting processes and improve access to actionable insights
- Support the development of robust reporting and dashboards, including Power BI reporting, where needed and bandwidth allows
- Collaborate with business users on the ongoing evolution of how available data is utilized across planning functions
- Lead the internal SME network for Anaplan across planning functions
- Coordinate and support training delivery for Anaplan users to drive adoption, capability building, and process consistency
- Promote best practices, governance, and standardization across Anaplan use cases and user communities
- Help establish a consistent end-to-end planning workflow within Anaplan, ensuring efficiency and alignment across teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in systems, analytics, or planning tool development supporting forecasting, planning, and reporting
- Experience serving as a product owner, systems lead, or business lead for enterprise planning tools
- Strong understanding of end-to-end planning processes, including one or more of Demand Planning, Merchandise Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, or Materials Management
- Experience with data integration, including inbound and outbound data flows across planning systems
- Experience with AX, Power BI, or similar enterprise systems
- Deep expertise in Anaplan and planning systems
- Strong business process translation and requirements gathering skills
- Ability to connect cross-functional workflows into scalable system solutions
- Strong understanding of data governance, validation, and integration
- Excellent problem-solving and process improvement capabilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead through influence across technical and business teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in systems, analytics, or planning tool development supporting forecasting, planning, and reporting. Experience serving as a product owner, systems lead, or business lead for enterprise planning tools is preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 127,100 to USD 143,000 per annum.
