Role & Responsibilities
- Define and steward global brand and product strategy for the lip and eye categories, including core growth plans, campaign objectives and positioning.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for lip and eye collections: product briefs, pipeline development, assortment planning and go‑to‑market execution.
- Lead global go‑to‑market plans for launches (market sizing, positioning, messaging, unique selling propositions, asset and content pillars).
- Analyze sales, newness revenue and category metrics to identify assortment gaps, viral trends and actionable opportunities to drive growth and margin.
- Act as the brand liaison across cross‑functional partners—packaging, inventory planning, creative, product development, visual merchandising, marketing, education, dotcom and operations—to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Establish the category team as subject‑matter experts with a merchant mindset; monitor competitive landscape, consumer trends and social platforms (e.g., Tik Tok) to inform innovation.
- Provide product messaging and content direction and support asset creation for campaigns and retail activations.
- Manage day‑to‑day business priorities, financial targets and reporting to support decision‑making and category performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 7+ years of related business experience; beauty and/or retail experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable strategic, analytical and creative problem‑solving capabilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communicator with strong interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Proven ability to lead projects end‑to‑end and influence cross‑functional teams.
- High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities and meet objectives.

Experience
Minimum of 7 years of related business experience, with prior exposure to beauty and/or retail strongly preferred. Demonstrated track record of leading product innovation, go‑to‑market launches and cross‑functional initiatives.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 127,100 to USD 158,900 per annum.
