Kendo / Ole Henriksen Sales & Service Expert (Temporary) in Toronto — part-time, up to 30 hrs/week. Salary $27–$32 CAD/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive in-store sales and exceed sales-per-hour and event sales targets through product demonstration and personalised selling.
- Plan, support and execute store-level events, trainings and promotional activations to recruit new customers and increase repeat purchase.
- Serve as the foremost product expert for Ole Henriksen, maintaining up-to-date brand and product knowledge and delivering consistent education to Beauty Advisors.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards: ensure gondolas are fully stocked, testers displayed, clean and shoppable, and execute quarterly updates.
- Report store visit outcomes, KPIs and competitive insights to the Kendo manager in a timely and organized manner.
- Build and sustain professional relationships with in-store teams and store leadership to enhance brand presence and retailer collaboration.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in prestige beauty retail; direct Sephora experience is required.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and running successful in-store events.
- Flexible availability with mandatory Thursday–Sunday schedule; up to 30 hours per week and regular weekend work.
- Valid driver's license, current proof of insurance and reliable transportation; ability to travel within a 90-minute radius of Toronto to service suburban doors.
- Professional appearance consistent with Ole Henriksen and retailer dress code, strong communication and organisational skills.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of two years in prestige beauty retail with demonstrable success in Sephora environments; proven ability to meet and exceed sales and event KPIs.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or retail/beauty certification preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 27 to CAD 32 per hour.
