Kendo Brands seeks Retail Team Leader for Sephora Paris Champs Elysées flagship. Lead beauty brand teams, drive sales performance, manage daily operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate sales associates through coaching, feedback, and mentorship
- Lead commercial teams by setting direction, motivating staff, and driving daily performance through planning and zoning
- Participate in recruitment of sales associates and support onboarding processes
- Coach the sales team to ensure consistent customer satisfaction and brand excellence
- Oversee merchandising standards and inventory management across Kendo brands
- Prepare and deploy in-store services including Beauty Hub and demonstration areas
- Build loyalty and retention within the store team
- Coordinate top management visits from LVMH when required
- Drive commercial strategy through daily, weekly, and monthly sell-out analysis with competitive monitoring
- Co-organize monthly meetings with store directors and zone managers to develop action plans
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with store leadership to elevate brand visibility
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of retail operations or sales leadership experience
- Demonstrated expertise in floor retail and performance-driven culture
- Strong leadership capabilities with proven ability to motivate and align teams
- Excellent customer-facing skills and interpersonal communication
- Proficiency in principal office software tools
- Fluent in English; additional languages preferred
