Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to personal and counter sales targets through makeup artistry, customer service excellence, and product knowledge
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele base through strong makeup application skills and exceptional selling techniques
- Demonstrate in-depth, fluent knowledge of makeup products and advise customers on items best suited to their individual needs
- Represent Fenty Beauty by Rihanna professionally and ethically, adhering to all Kendo, brand, and Sephora guidelines
