Fenty Beauty Retail Artist position at a premium London retailer. Part-time, 22.5 hours weekly. Beauty artistry and sales expertise required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Personally contribute to achievement of brand sales goals and counter targets through direct selling and artistry demonstration
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele base leveraging advanced makeup artistry skills and exceptional service delivery
- Deliver comprehensive product knowledge and personalized makeup advice to customers, matching products to individual skin tones and needs
- Maintain immaculate personal grooming standards and represent the brand professionally and ethically at all times
- Ensure consistent visual merchandising and counter presentation standards in line with brand guidelines
- Attend brand training sessions and remain current on seasonal trends, product innovations, and brand offerings
- Cultivate positive working relationships with store partners and team members to support a collaborative retail environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience in a prestige beauty or artistry brand environment, preferably within a department store setting
- Accomplished makeup artistry background with demonstrated technical proficiency
- Proven track record of successful beauty product selling and client relationship building
- Experience developing and maintaining a personal clientele portfolio
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Strong interpersonal abilities and ability to build authentic rapport with diverse customers
- Outstanding organizational and time management capabilities
