Kendo (Fenty Beauty) Retail Artist — London (Boots Stratford). Part-time 22.5 hrs/week role delivering makeup artistry, clienteling and counter sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve personal and counter sales targets by demonstrating expert makeup application and persuasive selling.
  • Deliver exemplary customer service and build a loyal clientele through one-to-one consultations and follow-up.
  • Translate product knowledge into tailored recommendations across color cosmetics and skincare.
  • Represent the brand professionally at all times, following Kendo, Fenty and retailer (Boots/Harvey Nichols) guidelines.
  • Support high standards of housekeeping, presentation and visual merchandising at the counter.
  • Attend initial and ongoing brand training to remain current on product ranges, launches and trends.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of retail experience in a beauty environment with a proven track record in sales.
  • Previous experience working in a department store environment with a prestige or artistry-led brand is essential.
  • Accomplished, high-level makeup artistry background with demonstrable application skills.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining a clientele portfolio.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills; high standards of personal grooming.
