Role & Responsibilities
- Personally contributes to the achievement of brand goals and sales targets
- Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of makeup products and advises customers on the best products to suit their skin types and tones
- Builds a loyal clientele base through strong makeup artistry skills, excellent selling and service delivery
- Models respect, initiative, enthusiasm, and flexibility whilst representing the brand professionally and ethically in accordance with Kendo, brand, and Sephora guidelines
- Builds effective, positive and collaborative relationships with team members and store partners
- Attends brand training and ongoing education to remain current with latest trends, products, and offerings
- Actively contributes to consistent housekeeping, presentation, and visual merchandising standards
- Maintains excellent personal grooming standards at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a department store environment with a prestige or artistry brand
- At least 1 year of retail experience with a proven track record in a beauty selling environment
- Accomplished high-level makeup artistry background
- Demonstrated experience building a clientele portfolio
- Excellent communication skills and ability to listen effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Excellent organizational skills
