Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve personal and counter sales targets through consultative selling and demonstrable artistry
- Build and nurture a loyal clientele base through exceptional makeup application and personalized beauty recommendations
- Deliver comprehensive product knowledge and expert advice on makeup selection, formulation, and application techniques
- Maintain highest standards of personal grooming, counter presentation, and visual merchandising
- Represent the Fenty Beauty brand professionally and ethically in alignment with LVMH, Kendo, and department store guidelines
- Attend brand training sessions and ongoing education to remain current with product launches, trends, and industry developments
- Foster collaborative relationships with store team members and department partners to ensure seamless customer experience
Qualifications
