Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to achievement of brand sales goals and targets
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele base through exceptional makeup artistry and consultative selling
- Deliver comprehensive product demonstrations and personalized beauty consultations
- Maintain fluent knowledge of makeup formulations, application techniques, and product properties to advise customers appropriately
- Attend brand training sessions and participate in ongoing education on latest trends and product innovations
- Uphold visual merchandising, presentation, and housekeeping standards at counter
- Represent the brand professionally and ethically in accordance with Kendo, brand, and Harvey Nichols guidelines
