Kendo Brands seeks Retail & Education Manager for Sydney, Australia. Lead retail sales, team management and training initiatives across ANZ for Fenty, Ole Henriksen and other luxury beauty brands.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive retail sales performance across Australia and New Zealand for all Kendo Brands, with accountability for ANZ retail sales, wholesale sales and operating profit KPIs
  • Develop and execute comprehensive yearly retail and education strategy aligned to business objectives and retailer partnership requirements
  • Create and deliver best-in-class education content and training activations through diverse platforms (classroom, digital, LMS, experiential)
  • Lead and manage the Retail & Education team to execute local sales strategies, new product launches, store openings and brand initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with all levels of retailer field and store leadership to effectively implement sales strategies
  • Partner closely with Commercial and Marketing teams to ensure retail and education strategies align with broader brand and business ambitions
  • Conduct weekly and monthly retail sales reporting by region and individual door performance; provide field insights, stock feedback and trends to optimise in-store performance
  • Manage education planning and execution of strategic marketing and education events in partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Manage all training assets, gratis allocations and yearly education and travel budgets for the ANZ region
  • Support escalations on in-store requirements including inventory management, visual merchandising and maintenance coordination
  • Act as brand ambassador for Kendo Brands, maintaining professional representation both in-person and across social channels

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in a management or leadership role, preferably within multi-retailer or beauty industry environments
  • Extensive training, facilitation and teaching experience
  • Proven experience managing remote and distributed team members
  • Strong sales experience and demonstrated business acumen
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within ANZ region
