KENDO seeks a Regional Sales & Education Manager in London, UK to lead sales, education and field teams across South UK & Ireland.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own and drive regional retail sales performance across all KENDO brands and retail partners, delivering against regional and store-level targets to contribute to national goals.
- Analyse sales data, productivity metrics, event ROI and KPIs to identify commercial opportunities, risks and corrective actions; translate insight into action plans with store leadership.
- Lead the delivery of regional retail education, artistry and event programmes, ensuring field teams are trained on core collections, NPD, service standards, selling skills and artistry excellence.
- Plan, adapt and execute regional education and event calendars; lead and participate in in‑store events, masterclasses and activations to maximise sell‑through and brand elevation.
- Lead, coach and develop Area Managers and Retail Education Managers; foster a culture of performance, accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Recruit, onboard and resource regional field teams; oversee regional FTE and temporary staffing budgets, productivity and resource planning.
- Maintain operational discipline including expenses, time & attendance, commission and payroll submissions; manage regional travel & entertainment spend within budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store leadership, retail partners and internal stakeholders; act as the regional voice of the field to the National Sales & Education Manager.
- Ensure consistent visual merchandising and retail execution standards and identify potential stock risks requiring mitigation.
- Work flexibly to evolving business needs and travel approximately 60% of the time within the region (minimum 3 days per week in the field).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience with proven responsibility at Regional or Area Manager level in sales, education, artistry or events (essential).
- Proven track record in premium beauty, luxury retail or comparable high‑touch service environments (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑disciplinary field teams and deliver quantifiable commercial results.
- Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of retail KPIs, productivity metrics and event ROI.
- Exceptional communication, coaching, influencing and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, agile matrix environment.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively (c.60% regional travel).

Experience
Minimum five years' progressive field sales or retail leadership experience with demonstrable regional/area management responsibilities in premium beauty, luxury retail or similarly high‑touch commercial environments.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, retail management or a related discipline preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury retail or beauty also acceptable.
