Role & Responsibilities
- Establish timelines for delivering new products across multiple channels and brands
- Create and manage detailed project plans with dependencies, owners, deadlines, and duration estimates
- Drive issue resolution through cross-functional partnerships and analytical problem-solving
- Conduct risk assessments to maintain project schedules and budgetary controls
- Execute post-launch reviews for major product introductions
- Build and maintain strategic internal and external partnerships to support product delivery
- Evaluate end-to-end processes and recommend process improvements
- Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG)
- Proficiency with project management software (Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, or equivalent) and Gantt charts
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional stakeholder groups
- Experience in cosmetics, personal care, or health and beauty sectors (preferred)
