Kendo Brands seeks a Marketing Intern in Paris to support Ole Henriksen product launches and European brand strategy execution.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute product launches across European markets, including implementation planning and performance analysis
- Provide ongoing support to the Brand Manager through performance monitoring on reporting tools and action plan implementation tracking
- Manage market support initiatives through targeted marketing actions and visibility optimization across Sephora e-commerce platforms
- Ensure CRM brand visibility by managing briefs and creative assets for customer engagement campaigns
- Oversee promotional resources and logistics including country allocations, orders, and budget tracking
- Conduct pricing analysis, competitive intelligence, trend forecasting, and market benchmarking
- Coordinate calls and meetings with US headquarters and Sephora teams, ensuring follow-up on specific requests and action items
Qualifications
- Master's level education (Bac+4/5) with specialization in Marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English at business conversational level
- Strong familiarity with cosmetics and beauty industry
- Photoshop skills (advantageous)

Experience
Beginner-level professional experience preferred; demonstrated exposure to marketing projects or brand management through coursework or previous internships is advantageous.
Education
Bac+4 or Bac+5 (Master's level) with specialization in Marketing or related field.
